I have tailoring at 400 and was able to figure out through Google and the wiki how to craft the armor but my jeweler is at 400 and im so lost at how to get viper accessories and rings... I would even settle for sinister but I think that recipe is a RNG drop from silver wastes right? Is there something I am missing or is it suppose to be this confusing?

I assume you're going to be crafting Exotic, since you said you're at Tailoring 400. If so, then you can buy the recipe for Black Diamond amulet, ring, and earring on the TP. The recipes also can drop from Exalted chests in AB, but they're so cheap on the TP that it's quicker to just buy them there.

If you're wanting Ascended viper accessories, you can get those from the Living World Season 3 maps. I can't remember which maps give which accessories, so you'd have to look that up. But you'd just need to farm Unbound Magic and the maps' respective currencies to buy them.

Also, take a look at the crafting section on gw2efficiency.com. It will lay out the crafting steps for you. If you create an account and supply an API key, it will also make the crafting calculations with the materials you have on hand.

Also, for future reference, gw2crafts.net for the cheapest way to level your crafting professions (calculation is basically real-time at the time you load the page).

If you have LWS3 - that is THE BEST way to get viper accessories that are also ascended. You seem to be fine with exotic, but you can choose any non-PoF stat and the grind for the map specific resources isn't that bad (say for bloodstone). If you're at 400 then you prob lack the recipes. Also you need LWS2 for sinister insigs.

For LWS3 trinket acquisition, here is my proposal:

  • Backpack - Siren's Landing
  • Amulet - Siren's Landing
  • Accessory 1 - Bitterfrost Frontier
  • Accessory 2 - Ember Bay
  • Ring 1 - Bitterfrost Frontier
  • Ring 2 - Draconis Mons

For Siren's Landing, harvest Orrian Clams along the river, buy Orrian Pearl bundles from each Heart Vendor, and always go for the free daily gamble.

For Bitterfrost Frontier, run along the edge of the northern forest to harvest Winterberries. You can also complete the Heart quests to buy bundles of 5 Winterberries per Heart Vendor per character per day.

For Ember Bay, main Petrified Wood acquisitions will come from daily kills of Sloth Queen, Karka Queen, Vermignus, Molten Dominator, and Coalescence. Also don't forget the Skrilla treasure hunt event.

For Draconis Mons, I usually rely on the Heart vendors to supply me with the necessary Fire Orchids.

Once you have the necessary currencies, your main source of Unbound Magic (assuming you don't have access to Unbound Magic harvesting tools, whether Unbreakable ones from the Gemstore, or limited use versions from NPC vendors) will be Winterberries in Bitterfrost Frontier, with supplementary input from Siren's Landing.
