Graphical Glitch in Fury of The Brandstorm

You may have to zoom in to see this, but all of a sudden I am seeing blass criss cross lines, but only in the brandstorm area in Vabbi (so far). It just suddenly appeared and wont go even on relogIt crosses on the right hand side and is more pronounced in game. It only occurs during the fury of the brandstorm effect

I almost forgot about this since I don't really go to this area in Vabbi, you can also see this glitch on video guides by Dulfy or AyinMaiden and this only happens when you're in the area of the brandstorm, it must be a glitch in the alpha part of the overlay effect anet created for the brandstorm? I don't know.Just tried and I still see this, just so we're clear, have you tried opening a ticket yet?

I sent a bug report with a screenshot. There seems to be other threads in the issue too
