[NA][PVE][Raid] Ribbit Raiders [FROG] Seeking skilled and dedicated raiders

FROG is seeking like minded players who want to improve and grow with a guild. We are looking for skilled players who are interested in experienced raiding runs as well as low manning. Requirements:

1. Must have properly geared and play at least one class well from each the following categories:

Support: Chrono, Druid(Magi/Condi), PS War(Condi)

Power DPS: Power Ele, Power Thief, Power Engi, Guardian

Condi DPS: Condi Ranger, Condi Ele, Condi Engi, Condi Thief

2. Have experience on all the bosses in Wings 1-3 and Bosses 1-3 in Wing 4. We are willing to teach Deimos but expect you to practice and gain experience on your own.We require that you raid 4+ times a week with us. We are a group that enjoy raiding and strive to improve ourselves. We are not simply a guild to get your weekly guild clears with and then disappear until next week!

3. Be willing and able to improve. We expect you to take initiative when it comes to improving your rotations and gaining a better understanding of mechanics. We are more than happy to help you by explaining mechanics and helping you learn rotations on the dps golem. However, you will need to practice rotations and raids by yourself as well as run with us.

4. We are not a 100% rep guild. We understand that people may want to split their time into other areas of the game and have separate guilds for that. However, we require that you rep while raiding since we are trying to build a reputation within the raiding community. We run at 8:30 PM PST daily. Please make sure to check that this time works for you since we raid for 1-2 hours after this time.
