Vakron.1729
From yesterday I found message 'Connection error(s) detected' in game launcher. I have tried various solution from forum (using -assetsrv) and from gw2 help (using cmd and repairing client) but the issue persist. After doing traceroute I found this in NetworkDiag.logHop RTT Lost/Sent = Pct Lost/Sent = Pct Address0 DESKTOP-4HEPNAP [192.168.100.50]1/ 50 = 2% |1 4ms 1/ 50 = 2% 0/ 50 = 0% 192.168.100.10/ 50 = 0% |2 5ms 3/ 50 = 6% 2/ 50 = 4% 1.subnet125-163-192.speedy.telkom.net.id [125.163.192.1]0/ 50 = 0% |3 7ms 1/ 50 = 2% 0/ 50 = 0% 125.160.1.1971/ 50 = 2% |4 8ms 2/ 50 = 4% 0/ 50 = 0% 180.252.3.2410/ 50 = 0% |5 29ms 2/ 50 = 4% 0/ 50 = 0% 180.240.190.1940/ 50 = 0% |6 34ms 2/ 50 = 4% 0/ 50 = 0% 180.240.190.1934/ 50 = 8% |7 31ms 6/ 50 = 12% 0/ 50 = 0% 180.240.204.21644/ 50 = 88% |8 --- 50/ 50 =100% 0/ 50 = 0% 99.82.177.1360/ 50 = 0% |9 --- 50/ 50 =100% 0/ 50 = 0% 52.93.10.1440/ 50 = 0% |10 --- 50/ 50 =100% 0/ 50 = 0% 52.93.8.410/ 50 = 0% |11 --- 50/ 50 =100% 0/ 50 = 0% 54.239.41.47Based on last steps, this means that my connection is not the problem, right? It is totally server issue.I need confirmation about this before submitting a ticket, thank you

Inculpatus cedo.9234
Be aware, you can not ping Amazon servers normally. You will always get 100% packet loss.
Morden Kain.3489
@"Inculpatus cedo.9234" ... Why do you always say that? It is not correct, as you will not get 100% packet loss. It all depends on the type of trace route you do. Yes, ICMP is the most common way to do a trace route. There are programs that do allow you to choose TCP or UDP as well. What is your response to this:
Inculpatus cedo.9234
Because most use something like PingPlotter to trace their routes.Which is why I say 'normally'.The above shows losses way before Guild Wars 2 servers.
Morden Kain.3489
Correct, and all of that is inside AWS. Everything starting with 52.93.249.25 and after is AWS. Hence why I keep saying AWS has a routing problem, as they drop a lot of packets, even for the routers that are responding to TCP, UDP, and ICMP requests. Here are a couple more from today for a server, I was in Tangled Depths at the time:UDP Trace Route (100 "pings" per line)...TCP Trace Route, I actually make it to the server, at four different levels (routing, gotta love it!) (100 "pings" per line)...And for S-n-Gs, here is the topology showing where the server was found...As I keep saying, there is a problem with the routing within AWS...
