[Memory leak] Silverwastes OR squad(?)

Hey ArenaNet,

There appears to either be a memory leak in Silverwastes or within the Squad and how it renders characters.

PS: I am not talking about FPS drops, I'm talking about FPS memory leak where FPS stays consistently bad no matter if you're around people or not.Issues:

1. After about an hour or so of leading a squad doing RIBA, there appears to be apparent FPS instability.
2. The instability becomes so abrupt that my FPS will drop to 15-20
3. None of my resources on my computer are surpassing 50%, it's not an internal issue with my PC.
4. My monitor is: 2560 x 1440p@60hz (other commanders in my guild playing on lower resolutions report FPS issues.)
5. Issue becomes harsher when the squad is in one spot, but FPS seems to "cap" when being away from people, which makes me believe it's a memory leak.
6. Issue is present in Widowed mode and Fullscreen mode.

How is it fixed:

2. Restarting client completely (is an issue if maps are full).
3. Restarting the computer. (same as above)
4. Remapping or changing characters (I think, untested).

Additional Information:Computer specs:

• Ryzen 1700x OC 4.3ghz
• GTX 1080
• 16GB Ram (no heavy applications open except GW2.)
• Watercooled
• Client version: 64bit
• OS: Windows 10
