My account just got RESET

I am a brand new player.10 days in.Just beat the elder drake and was working on masteries.My account has been reset to ORR when I was working on my POF masteries.This is really bad, how has this happened and has it happened to anyone else?

It's happened to everyone on the EU servers.

It is really bad, and not something I ever remember happening before in 8 years playing this game. I'm sure Anet will fix it, but it's only just happened so they're probably still investigating what went wrong and what they can do to fix it.

For now I'm just not logging in because I don't want to somehow mess things up even more, but I'm sure they'll tell us what they're doing to fix it as soon as they can.

Also just bought the game and got rollback. I can't play much, but yesterday plasyed fro 2-3 hours after came from the work and all the progress is resetted. Very disappointing. Hope they will return it. But now, I don't know if I can continue to play or need to wait for the restoration.

Please have a look at the other posts there is been an issue, Anet is working on it and it is like the 1st time in 7 years that this has happened just be patient they will sort it out

same thing happened here, yesterday I bought 10 euros of gems to buy a backpack.Everything disappeared, exp, the backpack, items.Got everything resettled, even paid staff

It's actually the second time in 7 years, but yeah, they're working on it, so fingers crossed...
