Inculpatus cedo.9234 Posted June 3, 2020 Share Posted June 3, 2020 It may take a bit of time, but Billing/Purchasing issues have some of the highest priorities for the Customer Support Team.Do make sure to check your spam/junk folders, and white-list any and all ArenaNet/GuildWars2 addresses.Good luck.
