james.6097 Posted June 14, 2020 Share Posted June 14, 2020 A week ago I opened a ticket because I forgot my gw1 character name and was unable to log into my account. I included details of my issue, my personal info and the serial key for the account. This morning I got a reply saying my gw2 account password has been reset and the ticket closed. Has anyone else had this issue before? I’ve opened another ticket and replied to the email but I’m not sure what else I can do. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
