Ticket up for 14 days, without an answer?

14 days? I thought my 3 day one was bad. I'm guessing they are still understaffed or whatever due to Covid.

As long as the Sticky is still up, I'd say they are still experiencing high volume.It seems around 15 days is the new norm; of course, depending on the issue. More complicated issues will take longer.

Take a look around what people write tickets about in this and the bug forum.

One you realize for which nonsense some are occupying Customer Support time, you might understand why the delays are longer and longer given the current global situation. Half of the issues which players complain or ask about are 1 wiki search away.

I actually suspect the norm is longer than 15 days, my ticket was created on 18th May and first reviewed by a GM on the 3rd June, I literally reply within an hour, been waiting for a 2nd reply since then.

That's a response in 16 days. Response norm - about 15 days.Resolution is a different matter, and depends on the issue; just like when normal response is 'within 72 hours'.
