Best order for Ice Brood Saga Mastery Completion

Normally there are Mastery tracks that are more equal than others.

For those of you who have maxed the entire line, do you think there is an order that would help a person cough me cough to get the most out of those masteries.

I would say newest line 1 for the cc grenade.then get the 3 essence manipualtion lines to 2 each so you can loot all the different sizes of chests.
