Deleted by accident

I accidently deleted two ingame emails (the one with a green star). I remember what they were called so I tried to look them up.They were ''Sunken Treasure'' and ''Synergetics Field-Testing Request''

Now I could find the latter on the wiki page: https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Ectoplasm-Infused_Vision_Crystal_NotesBut it doesn't describe the locations.

The first one I couldn't find at all.

Now I don't know what triggered receiving them. I tried starting the expansion with a different character, travel to LA and such but they don't reappear.

Now I'm sure there are people who never delete those messages because they don't take up space. So can someone tell me what ''Sunken Treasure'' said and how I can find the locations of the second message?
