Crashing soon after logging in.

I keep crashing in game soon after logging in. I get a notice GW2.exe serious problem occurred ...I did a Microsoft Rollback, deleted and reinstalled the game and nothing is working. Submitted a work ticket days ago and haven't received a response. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Still can't stay logged in. No answer from the ticket I submitted. I tried the repair launcher task with no luck.

You could open event viewer and check Windows logs (application, system ones)There should be some warnings or critical errors with detailed error codes you can google to find out more.Tickets responses are slow btw for the past few months.

I have a similar problem.Whenever i connect the character selectiocharacen displais only the character scuares and the options on the top left , being all the other screen black and after a few seconds the game shuts as if i had pressed altf4 i mean i dont get a log error nor nothing else it just shuts off anyone knows why ?

Hi! same problem here. And i can't remember where the ARCDPS is installed ... or what its files are. Could any of you please indicate which files should I delete?...thanks in advance.

Latest patch forced my game to repair, even the repair broke, this update broke the game...guess i ain't playing tonight..

Try just deleting your .dll file and your game should put it back to normal from there, especially if you have arcDPS installed.
