How do we know what issues are known about and being worked on?

In the Domain of Kourna, the Caravan event has been bugged for well over a year. I apologise if this is not the right place to post this question, but how do we know when bugs are likely to be fixed and what we should do in the meantime except sit and wait?

The thread relating to the caravan in this section of the forum has been alive since the end of 2018, with no Anet replies and the bug still exists. Do we have to take it on faith they are aware of the issue, and what do we do in the meantime to progress achievements relating to this event? I have checked at reset multiple times and checked every day for weeks and the event has never been in an unbugged state...

Well, there's the Known Issue Tracker, but it probably hasn't been updated in some time, and the lockdown probably has not helped.

Report it through the in game bug report whenever you are there, ask anyone around and your friends to do the same, idk what else to sugest.If you want any kind of response you'd have to send a ticket, at that point you would probably get referred to the forums aka the place where you can expect no official response =)

Thanks for your answers, the known issue tracker doesn't seem to actually mention this issue, which is why I posted here. Tickets have always been a bit of a sticking point for me with Anet, as invariably, they just tell you to post on the forums, and then you don't actually get your question answered as you said Friday. I guess I will just continue to wait and see what happens unless by some miracle this issue actually gets acknowledged in this post lol :)
