Skill lag and bugs have been making this game unplayable

This seems like a constant issue now. Skills dont activate, and if they do they dont register. Leap attacks and some teleports frequently bug out and you end up stuck in an animation on the spot. On rev it seems like half of your skills are bugged or dont work with the lag, and other classes are almost as bad. Sword 5 and 2 regularly miss on stationary targets, unrelenting assault bugs out half the time I use it, legend swaps sometimes dont restore energy, the class is a mess. Condi seems especially buggy with cleanses not always working, blind not getting removed when attacking. Ive tried to be optimistic about the future of pvp, but even if balance was decent these issues can still make playing a horrible experience.

I agree, sometimes the game does not register that I am Pressing skills, even when I see that the button is "pressed" and in the past 2 weeks I get many big bad ping spikes 1k+ but only in gw2
