Mastery points spent but ability not learned

This happened with the bond of faith mastery under the PoF track. My mastery level did go up by 5.Cut a ticket to support and was redirected here, was told they are not equipped to handle this issue.

If you post a screenshot, it might be helpful.Also, you could try a -repair of the client.

Mastery level went from 55 to 60. But there is no 5 point mastery under any of my tracks that has been learned. Did a client repair but nothing changed.

As far as I can see you have fully levelled up XP in that Mastery and have enough MP to activate it. Maybe you should send that picture to the last response from CS (don't start a new one, continue the old one) and ask them to actually look into it? If you have done a repair and all that you can do, then it is in the end only CS that can fix this.

Have you tried clicking the button to unlock the mastery again? Your mastery level appears to be accurate judging by what you've unlocked in PoF, so if you gained 5 levels the first time, it was already wrong (note mastery levels are simply the number of mastery points spent). If you're saying further attempts to unlock it aren't doing anything, perhaps it has a hidden requirement, such as having gliding, which has happened before.
