Recently, I've been getting a notification "This player cannot whisper you back unless you are on the same map or you add them as a friend." when I whisper people.The notification doesn't keep them from whispering back, even when we're not friends and are on different maps.What the heck is going on? (And yes, I've had friends check to make sure that my online status is stable.)

They have added a message that appears when people are whispering a f2p account, because those are unable to reply unless you're in the same instance, or friends. I'd guess this is what you're seeing.Is the person you are talking to a f2p account? If not, then the system's probably bugged and sending you that warning on accident.

Yeah, no. These are all full accounts, some of them dating back to before F2P was even an option. That would be why I'm posting in the "Bugs" section of the Forums, lol
