How did you do your testing?

Both look fine when testing in a custom arena.Soul BarbsThat is from two uses of Well of Corruption -> Desert ShroudSoul Barbs provides a 10% damage increase. There is a bit of deviation due to might stacks from other traits.680/610 -> ~+11.5%337/371 -> ~10%

Weakening ShroudThis is even simpler since it just needs to show Lesser Enfeeble being cast after Desert Shroud. I am not using Harbinger Shroud but neither is the build you linked
