Anyone know when the Festival of the Four Winds 2020 starts?

The Festival of the Four Winds is by far my favorite festivity in GW2. I cannot find anything online about the start date, except 'late July'. Has anyone heard of a start date yet? I do not want to miss any time in the Crown Pavilion B)

(I really preferred the festivals more in GW - especially Cantha & Wintersday)
