Auto-attack and Skill Lag

I noticed while i was playing with my hammer herald my auto attacks miss way too much, even though there are more than 20 enemies in front of me. So i decided to close auto-attack.My bigger problem started then. If i don't have auto-attack ON then i have skill lag. Skills are blinking, sometimes even animation starts but nothing happens. I need to press 4-5 times maybe more before it goes off. If i activate auto-attack everything goes back and working.

I know there wont be a solution but still wanted to write.
