Hello, maybe there was such a thread somewhere, but it needs a quick reply.After installing GW2 on a new desktop computer, I get this message every hour https://ibb.co/ZXXcLrnThe game was uninstalled twice and I recently used the guide https://help.guildwars2.com/hc/en-us/articles/201863008-Repairing-the-Game-ClientNothing worked.I have Windows 10 64bit and I also download gw2. Help T-T

seems maybe an issue with the GPU, do you have a spare GPU to test on?

The question first thing to ask is, was the game working before? and how long have you had the game since the issue occured.If it is still occuring even if you fresh reinstall Windows, hardware drivers and the game, then most likely you are having a hardware failure like my PC

in my case, things have been fine on my PC for the past 2.5 years, then my Guild Wars started crashing or doing weird things, and slowly progress to more programs over the weeks; Guild Wars 2 seems to be lucky not crashing at all for some reasonafter much self troubleshooting, it seems like my CPU may be failing; I basically replaced every single component on my PC except for the CPU and the Motherboardsending it back to Intel for a replacement this week

I guess maybe it's an AMD problem then, GW2 historically always have some hiccups with AMD components even since launch

is an issue with the program trying to access a part of memory it shouldn't be. There are many different types bugs that can result in that error and it is also one of the more difficult types of bugs to track down.

There isn't much an end user can do about it.

I followed the recommendations of the support. It turned out that after turning off most of the options in the "Windows game bar", I ended up playing normally. Thank you for your help. ^o^
