Squad health bars always showing, despite being toggled off

This might just be me being completely oblivious to how health bars were displayed prior while in a squad, but in recent days I've noticed that squad health bars are appearing regardless of whether I have the option toggled on or off in my options menu.

Here you can see a screenshot of what I mean. Note that the option is toggled OFF and the health bars are STILL visible. I'm also not holding down alt, ctrl or any additional button that may cause names/objects to pop-up at the time of the screenshot.

Squad will always show HP. They can't be turned off even when disable those in option.There have been post where people ask to be able to turn them off in squad. It is the same when you grouped in party.

The only thing you can disable is if you want to see players name above head or not. There is an option for thin or thick bars. What show is with the thin bar version. You can pick thick bar for party and that way see which belongs to your group in squad or keep all HP the same. Wouldn't recommend thick bar on all people in squad as those bar will be in the way with a full squad close together.

You can adjust size by picking DPI Scaling (it will use same DPI scaling as you use in MS Windows, if you have set that up for your display). There are 5 preset as for default size on UI. Try with and without DPI Scaling to find what works best for you. (Text, map etc will change size including icons on both map and minimap).

Party can be set to be hidden until combat, show only out of combat or always. See option:

Update on this: Noticed it only shows your sub-groups HP, not the squads per se.

Hmm for me they only show if my cursor is hovering over the squad member or if I have them selected.
