Hunters Call Doesnt show correct tooltip

Hunters Call (Ranger warhorn 4) doesnt show that it gives regen. It also doesnt show the regen on your buff bar but if you look in the combat log it appears to be giving the base regen

This is correct, Windborne Notes makes both skills give Regeneration, but only Call of the Wild shows it in the tooltip. On top of this, Hunter's Call gives Regeneration around the target, while Call of the Wild gives it around the player.

I really wish they'd find some way to standardise tooltips already.
