Numerous bugs with "Behind Enemy Lines" instance, including stall

1. If you get detected and successfully talk your way out of combat, and then get detected again and are forced to clear the beach, the story stalls. You're left with "Secure the area before continuing: " bar progress, even after clearing the area around that cache. Presumably this is because of the first dominion soldier you convince.

2. You can complete the step: "Plant Dominion charges on the ammo supplies x/3" by repeatedly planting charges at the first cannon. ...Really?

3. The "Qualify for Genuine Imposter" tracker has a blank space where the number required for the achievement should be.
