Please consider the impact your decisions have on PvP, PvE, and WvW, separately. As a long-time engineer main, I'm all too familiar with this problem (scrapper, anyone?). It seems that whenever a large balance patch lands, not enough skills/traits are split between game modes. The result is that a balance patch with PvP in mind will break PvE play, or a balance patch with PvE in mind can cause really unruly PvP/WvW behavior.

I know that you want to keep skill behavior consistent (to prevent confusion between modes), but the reality is that each game mode has its own unique demands that are often in conflict with each other.
