[Bug] Can't get to Font of Rhand (Trying to make Twilight in 2020)

Currently stuck in the middle of crafting my first legendary because of a stuck meta in Diessa Plateau. Apparently it has happened before too and it stays stuck for long period of time. Is there any way to fix this problem or get the collection, or all my effort and gold to craft Twilight will go to waste? Do anyone has any character parked in there so that i can TP to friend to them? I am from NA server.UPDATE: I found someone with a character in it and TP'ed to him. I put up an LFG under the central tyria section for help and a kind person helped me out.
