Cant hear dialogue sounds

While im playing the last episode (Jormag's rising), cant hear the npc dialogues, it is odd because other sounds are fine.

The last two episodes of the living world have been released without voice acting because ArenaNet could not manage to record these due to the Covid-19 measures.The dialogs will be recorded at a later date.

Neither i still want to play the episode, but its not the same withouth the voices.
