"Invitation to the party" causing disconnects

I was in Desert Highlands when I received and used the festival item "Invitation to the party". As expected it teleported me to Labyrinthine Cliffs but whenever I'm using it there, which is supposed to return me to my homeland, I'm getting a disconnect and find myself back on my character screen (Code=7:11:3:202:101). I can directly log in back to Labyrinthine Cliffs, use Waypoints to go somewhere else, use the invitation to port back to Labyrinthine Cliffs, have no disconnects other than with this and my connection is fine. I was able to reproduce this bug several times, also after restarting the game.

Yup - it did the same to me from Lab Cliffs to (presumably) the Crown Pavillion, which is what the new 'standard' party invitation does

Have you tried using a Waypoint or Hot Air Balloon?

Try using the standard issue Invitation to the Festival of the Four Winds which does work correctly for me

Same here. The new consolidated invite crashes each time I use it from the Cliffs (ie two times in a row before checking the Bugs forum). The individual invite got me to the Pavilion just fine.

Same. I worked from outside map and from the pavilion. But using inside the Cliffs insta-disconnects. Using regular 'invitation' (not the universal item) works just fine though.

I have the same problem. Using it at the Cliffs it disconnects me. Haven't tried other locations (no addons used for my game client).

On their livestream they mentioned they are aware of the issue and working on a fix.

Same thing happening to me. I'm glad I didn't destroy the original invitation yet! I'll use that until the issue is fixed.

Hopefully they make the Invitation to the Party function identically to the Invitation to the Festival of the Four Winds (cycling through the three) during the festival!
