Ossuary of Unquiet Dead Disconnect (Bug?)

Hey all,

I can't complete the Ossuary of Unquiet Dead personal story mission. I've tried four times now, and each time I get disconeccted at the very end of the mission, after the boss fight and cutscene. My character is stuck with a film reel over their head for a few seconds and the I am booted to the character select scene.

I have played this through now, twice watching cutscenes fully, once skipping cutscenes and once skipping cut scenes with a friend (who was kicked out of the instance with a disconnect slightly before me, if that makes any difference) I recieve error code 7:11:3:202:101. My connection is good in all other areas of the game, including other instances, dungeons, pvp, open world etc with very few to no issues.

This is a relatively long mission and each time I have to start over at the very begining of the whole thing. Can anyone offer advice, or, is there a way to skip a story mission and move on to the next one? My game has really stagnated here.

You can try a VPN that takes a different path to the instance's IP.You can try continuously moving your character/spamming a skill.You can try changing the 'Streaming' option.You can try opening all necessary ports (see the Knowledge Base for instructions).You can peruse the Dev-posted thread, 'Storyline Disconnects' for other possible tips/workarounds.

For anyone who may have a similar problem, what helped here was the VPN- I logged on with my working from home VPN active and i made it through the mission. Thanks!

Scratch that, I'm having the same problem in almost all subsequent story instances, and have spent sooooo much time now trying all the random voodoo work arounds in the main thread!

Just happened to me twice in row. I cannot move my character in story without. After stage "destroy Necrotic Runes" I got stuck with cutscene marker over character head and kicked right after.

 

CAN YOU FINALLY REPAIR IT?!

This issue is still occurring. Tried the mission four times with the same result each time. This issue has also occurred on a few other missions earlier in the main story. Seems to happen randomly. Usually I can reload the mission and finish it without issue.
