Bundles of inscribed shards

Guys im purchasing Bundles of Inscribed Shards, Not geting them please help ! Im confused i check bank mats checked currencies and checked inventory i even check my guild bank!

They should got to inventory when you purchase or get them as loot. (Note in Link: Deposits 5 Inscribed Shards into your inventory immediately upon purchase.)

They can not go into wallet as far as I now and they will go into your Material Storage (until you have more then 250 stack on an account that haven't upgraded Material Storage to have more stacks: Storage Expander from Gem Store).

Here you can see that Inscribed Shards are stored in the section: Advanced Crafting Materials (113 item). If you use "Deposit All Materials " it is possible that those shards might have been moved when used that option from Inventory. I tested it on own account and these Shards move from Inventory when you use "Deposit All".

I would recommend to use https://gw2efficiency.com/ as you can search easier for items that you don't find.

Use GW2Efficiency to find out where they went. Its a helpful site that lets you search everything on your account.
