Blazing a Trail, where is the banner?

Hello. I just completed the Blazing a Trail chapter and it is for the first time. I did found the skin for Banners of King Palawa Joko I in my wardrobe collection. Just need to confirm, do I only unlock the skin for the banner or should I also receive the exotic backpack gear too?

Checked everywhere including my letters just in case it's attached there, even used gw2effeciency.com to sweep my entire account. I realised I did not receive any item when I tried to equip and there's no new backpiece gear listed in my equipment tab. I opened the Zalambur's Welcoming Package but just receive update that the collection is updated but no said item anywhere.

Hello,Same thing is happening to me and my girlfriend. We both got the achievement for the back piece ( we chose different paths ), but neaither of us have the actual item in our inventory.
