Paenula quest Plains of Ashford bug

I am new to game. Only couple of weeks now. I am not able to complete this heart quest. I use the rifle and then the net snare. Get the "caged" animation on the respective mob and then I assume it is transported to the arena. I am not getting any credit in the quest update line. I have now tried this quest with two different alts and having the same problem. I am making certain I am staying in the quest area. I have chatted with other players doing the quest. Some are having no problem while a few are having the same as me. Any help or suggestions that may solve this problem will be greatly appreciated.

Are you beating the mob down to I think it was like 25% before useing the net?EditWill go and check it with an alt when I get home from work

You could also try a -repair of the client.
