[RESOLVED, BUG] Don't buy gems with in-game gold

I purchased 160 gems, the in-game gold was deducted but I didn't receive any gems. A little while later an error message occurred.I made a ticket to customer support.

I purchased Gems with Gold today, and although I thought it was going to error out (it took my Gold, but then froze the Trading Post/Gem Store screen for several minutes until I manually closed it), the Gems did show up a few minutes later.

Yeah, customer support contacted me to list the day and time. So, I gave the information. Hopefully, I can get the gems the game never sent me.

If it glitched, thats not intentional.I just brought 1300g worth of gems 3 days ago and 50 keys because of sale. The exchange was actually unresponsive for like 30 minutes before it worked. Think the server running the trading post is overwhelmed right now. Been getting issues for the past week.

ArenaNet refunded me the gems :D. Thank you for the information.
