Mystic Forge Refill bug

I was quite pleasantly surprised to see this implemented, however it doesn't quite work properly due to the other mystic forge issue I mentioned - it always moves the newly-created item to the bottom of the window . And the refill function can't find the newly-created item because it's changed position. (despite the fact that the item already existed in my inventory before creating more of them)

I only used the MF once since this was implemented but haven't figured out the point of the "Refill" button yet. Is it suppose to place the exact same items in the four slots again according to the previously used combination?

It's convenient when you're doing things like mystic clover forging, though I can actually do it faster without the refill button which makes it just more convenient, not more efficient. I ran into the issue where an attempt gave me some mystic coins. "Refill" didn't find the stack of coins anymore.
