WvW Participation

Might it not be useful to have WvW participation depletion placed on hold on WvW exit? If my Participation level was held until the next time my character entered WvW, I would not be as inclined to to AFK for bleed-off at the end of a session, as I could resume with active participation on my next WvW entry. This might ease the queuing issue on some of the more populated WvW servers.

I could see problems with people logging in at T3 or higher participation and then afking until they need to tap something to reset it. Interesting idea but it might just flip the afk issue to player login rather than player logout.

Worth considering though.

Can we get the Outnumbered pips based on OS population differences at least? Then we would get people in OS telling us to go elsewhere to pip stall as we'd be taking away their Outnumbered buff! :)

What if participation didn't decay while in queue and out of WvW? Could be hard to program, I'm not sure. Wouldn't facilitate the issue Blodeuyn posed neither the issue we currently face (afk'ing to "bleed" participation), but would only benefit those wanting to play WvW in times of queue.

I rarely sit AFK in WvW. I have tried but I just feel like I need to be active. The only time I am really afk is when I breaking down all my loots from the time in WvW. Then I just wait until the decay starts and log off. I know I am missing some rewards but sitting AFK is boring AF and feels wrong lol. Probably just me that feels that way but it is what it is lol.
