Not receiving email verification on multiple different accounts, this is a joke

I am trying to introduce my friend to gw2, and she created an account, but has not got an email verification. I tried to see if I had the same problem with my main, and I also didn't receive any email verification. Neither did the email for my alt email, and I even created an outlook email to see if gmail was the problem, but no, also the same problem and no email verification.

This is kind of pathetic and hopefully is fixed soon. It's a good way to turn off new people to the game when they encounter issues within the first 5 minutes of trying to play.
