Hey, wanted to ask if this system even works? Does it do anything at all to 'Send Report' or is it just there for show?

it works but they will not disclose any action taken towards another player/event/system feature/bug. if it's an issue on your character or account, they will contact you if they need more information.

In-game report never worked!!! it's simply a blackhole in my experience

• Send in bug report for a text error with screenshots, and asked for remediation as a result of the text error.Text error still there, no remediation 9 months latersupport from website got responses within 2 days and gave me the correct items; tyvm web support team :+1:

• Send in Botting reports.Still see the botters just chilling out 24/7 at the same spots 2 years later, PvP is still running rampant, WvW (not gonna mention the server) still have a bunch of terrain hackers whenever matched up with them.

Seems to me web support or complaints on Reddit are the only paths that things will get actioned.

I don't think the QA Team has the ability to provide 'remediation'.
The CS Team won't alter an account until they are assured they are dealing with the account owner.

GMs and the CS team will never disclose any action taken against players. This is pretty much standard for all MMOs. Only thing you can do is report in-game or discuss issues on the forums.
