Bug with collection "Chuka and Champawat: Hunter's Journal" Entry 1

Hi, i started collect Chuka and Champawat . Did the Hunter's Journal and of course start collect the entries. Came in Metrica Province, did the heart and started event for collection. In my inventory i have book and hunter's kit. I explored all monitors around. Didn't find monitor with the event, try to do this on another character and nothing again. After a few efforts, i decided to create post.

I tried it on 5 characters with hunter's journal and hunter's kit in inventory. it didn't work. I even opened a ticket and support responded try resetting the quest or abandoning the quest. Which I did several times and nothing works. I am frustrated and stuck on the first step. II am stuck and can't progress.
