Graphical Glitch with Cerulean Wand Skin/Aurous Wand Skin

There seems to be a graphical glitch with the Cerulean Wand, creating a strange 3D effect and as if the games graphics are tearing.

Troubleshooting Attempted:Changed Graphics to Low Settings - Issue PersistsChanged to Different Maps - Issue PersistsClosed and Re-Opened Game - Issue PersistsTried Different Monitor - Issue PersistsTried Re-Installing Graphics Driver - Issue Persists

The Aurous Wand seems to be ok, but I would verify this. I have provided screenshots at the URL below of what I'm seeing in game as proof of said issue.

I don't think that's a bug/glitch.

Hmm.. Not sure then.. well then maybe it is or is not, however it's visually painful to look at in the sense of it actually hurts my eyes. Makes me a bit sad if it's not a bug and can't be fixed though, the Cerulean Wand without that effect would look so much better (and less painful). For now I'm using the Aurous Wand until we're sure.
