Bugged saving skyscales

My skyscale of life is bugged under saving skyscales, it says it's completed under war eternal with all the other skyscales 4/4 steps but under the saving skyscales for some reason still says it needs to be completed. I've looked at everything am I missing something obvious and just don't see it or is it bugged? I've completed all the steps for everything doing the guides, I'm completely at a loss atm..

Firstly try logging out completely, they logging in again, sometimes if the login servers are laggy you can have a delayed confirmation of completion. A complete log out/in often gives it the kick up the butt it needs. If this doesn't work, try ressing someone after the log out/in. Thaumanova area in Metrica Province is good for this due to downed NPCs everywhere. If that doesn't work, I'd contact support as they may be able to trigger the completion flag for you after confirming the completion of Skyscale of Life in the subsection of the achievement.
