In armistice bastion the only thing that worked was turning the shadows down to low or none. In Hill it only happened in the lords room and it was able to be fixed by turning the shadows up to Ultra and then i could swap back to medium and it would be fine. also the other solution worked fort Hills as well. I reinstalled the game 3 times to try and permanently fix, but that doesn't work, don't have any addons for this install, but it was doing with DX12 Proxy as well.
