You know, we all thought it was pretty stupid when you made various passives irrelevant by slapping 300s cds on them rather than fixing them to whatever it is you find preferable. But it occurs to me that this treatment is better suited to some of the clown show mechanics you somehow manage to ignore. Where's the 300s cd on rez skills? How about a 300s cd on rallying in combat (PvP/WvW)? How about some reasonable cds on stealth and immob application so that they aren't spammable use-whenever-you-want skills that stealth and CC should never be?

Just a few things you could do to make this game not feel like trash when it's obviously so much better than that.
