Miko.4158 Posted October 18, 2017 Posted October 18, 2017 Warrior:Full Counter: Fixed a bug in which this ability gained the damage bonus from Revenge Counter twice. The base damage of this ability has been reduced by 12.5% in PvP and WvW only.https://en-forum.guildwars2.com/discussion/10634/game-update-notes-october-17-2017#latest
Frostwolve.2916 Posted October 18, 2017 Posted October 18, 2017 like it's perfectly ok for warriors new elite spec to be the lowest damage of all the elite specs even in pvp wvw but let's nerf it. People aren't going to be happy until they see a SB and can say yay free kill.
Mikeskies.1536 Posted October 18, 2017 Posted October 18, 2017 12.5% damage reduction is insignificant. Spellbreaker's killpotential is not linked to Full Counter damage.

Rightfully bugfixed from 140% to 120% traited, then nerfed by 12.5%, so it actually does ~23% less damage than it did prepatch actually.

Base damage is 87.5% of what it was prepatch, and now that the bug with revenge counter was fixed, the traited damage is only 105% of base damage pre patch, for a 35/140 = 25% loss in damage when traited. I'm happy the bug was fixed, but I'm perplexed about the damage nerf honestly. Of all the things about the skill that could be considered for a nerf, I would've picked damage near the bottom.
