Does BLING-9009's equipment goods still include HoT stats?

If my memory serves me right, BLING-9009(FOTM Golem Merchant) had a separate tab if you want to buy Ascended armor/weapons with HoT stats included in the pool of selectable stats. I recently checked its tabs and now there's only one tab each for weapons and armors respectively. Was it consolidated? I want to know before I buy a new armor set only to find out I can't select HoT stats.

Hopefully they consolidated it to also add PoF stats aswell if that's the case. I haven't been in fractals for so long so I have no idea.

Edit: I went there and bought a item for science, and they indeed consolidated all stats in the same gear. Keep in mind that if you don't own a expansion, you cannot select the stats it belong to (Marauder and Crusader are exceptions as they were added to Core Game instead of HoT).

And for some reason, Seraph Stats are not included in the selection

Seraph stats not being available is a known oversight that was supposed to be fixed long ago. It seems they've forgotten about it again though.
