cannot sign in in support to check my tickets. I sign in and goes back to overview, cannot access to my tickets or my support

Any responses to a ticket you submitted will include an email sent to the email address on file.To create a new ticket, addressing that issue, you can use the 'Anonymous' feature.

You can try allowing 'tracking' or using a different browser, as well.
