LWS2 Entanglement: Achievement On Swift Wings

Hey everyone!

I keep replaying Living World Season 2 Chapter Entanglement The Concordia Incident for the On Swift Wings Achievement. I have tried numerous times to get this achievement. I have researched online to make sure i am doing it correctly and i am. I am finding all the survivors, making sure they do not die, and making sure they retreat. The achievement indicator is active and doesn't disappear so i know i am still eligible but then at the end i never get the credit. Please any help with this matter would be most appreciated. Thank you :)

I did thank you. I swear i had looked at all the help guides and saw everything i needed to see but i guess i didn't there was some random one like off to the side and i just wasn't seeing that marker when i was looking at the guides ~lesigh~
