On the New Microsoft Deep Sea, yeah why that is a good idea to drive up the player count over all queues it would lead to a ping fairness problem. Greate Idea then but it would not be fair overall.PS: Rocket League has a system like that but quickly learned that player would just select there nearest Server and play there even that would mean longer queue times. Kachros.4751 Posted January 31, 2021 Share Posted January 31, 2021 Granted this would require making another server that can hold both EU and NA players equally with similar ping (so both sides have a fair connection) but its actually a pretty interesting idea and would give a better playerbase for both sides. SoftFootpaws.9134 Posted January 31, 2021 Share Posted January 31, 2021 Alot of EU players already play competitive modes on NA and vice versa, in order to play with friends.Ping times were better for EU/OCX players when the servers were on the other side of the country, but AWS has them as far away as possible because they prioritise servicing US-based clients, which is why AWS is bad for games.
