Submitting an in-game Bug Report will garner no response, as indicated on the Bug Report window.For an individualized response, you can 'Submit a Ticket' to the CS Team via the 'Support' link above/below.

You haven't deleted any characters recently?Checked to make sure all Bags are not collapsed?
