SHIVER REWARD TRACK

I have looked all over in the EOTN for the vendor that is suppose to sell the Shiver reward track with no luck ...... Were is the vendor?????

The Shivering Ice will most likely become available with either the Kodan community event (which should be the last one for Chapter 3) or with Chapter 4.

Shivering ice will be a kodan reward. It is part of chapter 3 rewards so it will be released before chapter 4.

I bought the Shivering Ice item from the new Kodan vendor in Eye of the North and unlocked the reward track. But I see that the vendor continues to offer this item. Has it any use to buy multiple of them?

I noticed that, as well. I would not think there is any reason to buy more than one. Once the reward track is unlocked, it is unlocked. It's account-wide.

AH, but is the track repeatable, and if not if I repurchase it can I complete it again?

No and no.It's unrepeatable in any way, and this is a shame because it is currently the only guaranteed way to get Volcanic Weapons without spending tons of gold on TP or praying for that 0.0000001% chance.

More awkward is the fact that only the WvW Reward Track offers a Volcanic Stormcaller Weapon Box while the PvP track only offers a regular one. Surely this must be a fault or is this really intended? Or my reward tracks are messed up :D

Like Vindicate said. Howcome wvw gets a Volcanic Stormcaller weapon, while pvp does not?

You could also recently buy 3 weapon chests from EotN discount npc for 100 seals + 1 gold each. Maybe it'll keep rotating back in every now and then.
