brutal shot and rifle butts need cast time removed

plain and simple, there's literally 0 sustain for warrior running rifle, 1/2 cast time gives no protection against anything that isnt an AI.1/2 cast time on a dodge skill is basically meaningless as dodge skill should be reactive and react to incoming skill.

and 1/2 cast time on rifle butt, the damage would be already done on you the moment you finish casting your rifle butt as a 130 range skill.

Brutal Shot would be better with the evade first then the shot rather than a cast time reduction. Rifle Butt could use a small leap forward like Kick to help it connect. It would also be able to clear immobilize or grant stability if traited for it then.
