whenever u cap a fort 'action cam' get reverted to normal in the middle of the fight?

Why you added this insanity while people may be fighting for their life?
it doesn't make any sense, u may want people to claim the fort but why would I do this while I'm fighting?

It disturbs the fight because out of nowhere the cam reverts while you don't expect? (it mess with the movement, you get off skills to the wrong place & etc...)

This is one of those bad ideas that somehow got applied without any comments? hellow? (forced down our throats)

Explain to me what was the reason behind this insanity?
And I'm not even mentioning fractal as well. 

This change has to be reverted because is BAD in general.
